With a celebration including a reading from Oregon Poet Laureate Lawson Inada, a blessing by the  confederated Tribes of Grande Ronde, and a performance from Portland Taiko, Commissioner Fish

dedicated the Bill Naito Legacy Fountain Thursday morning in Waterfront Park just South of the

Burnside Bridge.

The dedication is part of a weeklong celebration of Tom McCall Waterfront Park, culminating with the

official grand opening of Portland Saturday Market in its new home in Waterfront Park and Ankeny

Plaza this Saturday, August 22.
